Scope of Services<\/strong>

We provide residential and commercial handyman, maintenance, renovation, and repair services in the Greater Boston area. Our services may include, but are not limited to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Painting and drywall<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Deck and handrail repair<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Light carpentry<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Small renovations

    All work is performed by trained professionals according to Massachusetts safety and building standards.

    Estimates and Pricing<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Estimates are free and non-binding unless otherwise stated.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Final pricing may vary based on materials, additional labor, or unforeseen conditions discovered during the work.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Written quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Any additional work requested by the client will require separate approval and may result in additional charges.

      Payments<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      • Payment terms will be clearly stated in each invoice or contract.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Unless otherwise agreed, 50% deposit is required to begin work, with the balance due upon completion.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • We accept cash, checks, and electronic transfers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Late payments may be subject to a 5% monthly interest fee.

        Cancellations and Rescheduling<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

        • Clients may cancel or reschedule services with at least 48 hours\u2019 notice.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours\u2019 notice may incur a $75 service fee.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • In case of bad weather or unforeseen events, Gios Service reserves the right to reschedule services at no penalty.

          Liability and Warranty<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

          • We guarantee workmanship quality for 30 days from the date of service.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • This warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse, or damage caused by third parties.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Clients are responsible for ensuring safe access to the work area and disclosing any known issues (e.g., electrical, plumbing, or structural risks).
