Scope of Services

We provide residential and commercial handyman, maintenance, renovation, and repair services in the Greater Boston area. Our services may include, but are not limited to:

• Painting and drywall

  All work is performed by trained professionals according to Massachusetts safety and building standards.
  
  

Estimates and Pricing

• Estimates are free and non-binding unless otherwise stated.
• Final pricing may vary based on materials, additional labor, or unforeseen conditions discovered during the work.
• Written quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
• Any additional work requested by the client will require separate approval and may result in additional charges.
  
  

Payments

• Payment terms will be clearly stated in each invoice or contract.
• Unless otherwise agreed, 50% deposit is required to begin work, with the balance due upon completion.
• We accept cash, checks, and electronic transfers.
• Late payments may be subject to a 5% monthly interest fee.
  
  

Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Clients may cancel or reschedule services with at least 48 hours’ notice.
• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur a $75 service fee.
• In case of bad weather or unforeseen events, Gios Service reserves the right to reschedule services at no penalty.
  
  

Liability and Warranty

• We guarantee workmanship quality for 30 days from the date of service.
• This warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse, or damage caused by third parties.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Clients are responsible for ensuring safe access to the work area and disclosing any known issues (e.g., electrical, plumbing, or structural risks).
